Camella Santiago - LOCATION

Camella Santiago is near key places of interest, including hospitals, schools, malls and business. It is one of the main missions of Vista Land – building homes in key cities and towns to provide quick and easy access for residents to transportation systems and important business centers and government offices. 

Santiago has a rich and long history and now is continuously progressing and becoming one of the most important independent cities in Isabela. The city is home to some of the largest companies, including San Miguel Corporation, PLDT, Digitel and Vista Land Isabela.  In addition, in the location are Purefoods, Pepsi Cola and other major businesses.  Tourist spots, such as the San Andres Country Farm, Sunshine Wave Resort and Garden Venue and Spring Garden Resort and Hotel are also located here.

Choosing a property near schools is an important factor to consider. A few choices close by include the Kiddie Toes Montessori School, Junior Philippine Institute of Accountants, Top Achievers Private School and St. Dominic Human Development Center, Inc. Others are the University of La Salette, Northeastern College, Southern Isabela College of Arts and Trades, Miracle Living Christian Academy, Santiago Adventist Elementary School, Patria Sable Corpus College, Infant Jesus Montessori School and Rizal National High School.

Aside from buying a property near schools, you must also consider one that is close to hospitals and medical centers for your healthcare needs. A few of those located near the project include the Callang General Hospital, Southern Isabela General Hospital, Corado Medical Clinic & Hospital and Adventist Hospital Santiago City.  Other choices are the De Vera Medical Center, Inc, La Salette Hospital, Renmar Specialists' Hospital, Flores Memorial Medical Center, Radiology - Cagayan Valley Adventist Hospital and First Isabela MRI Center, Inc.   There is also the Clinica Caritas Santiago and Santiago Medical City.

For shopping and grocery needs, a few interesting places include the NorthStar Mall, Xentro Mall Roxas, SM City Cauayan, RSC Rose Shopping Center, W. J Fruit Center and Power Mall. Others include the J&F Department Store, Talavera Square Mall, Centro Department Store, Happy Go Shopping Center and Xentro Mall.  A few other choices include the Triton Mall, Fiesta Shopping Center, 8 Shoppe Mall, Oscariz Public Market and Primark Town Center Cauayan.

What are the churches or places of worship in Santiago?  A few of these include the St. James Parish, San Pablo Church, Saint Vincent Parish Church, Tumauini Church, Our Lady of Atocha, St. Ferdinand Parish Church and Our Lady of the Pillar Parish Church. In addition are the Church of God San Fermin, Rizal United Methodist Church, The United Methodist Church, Seventh-day Adventist Church, San Antonio De Padua Church and Miracle Living in Christ.  Moreover, there is the Ilagan Baptist Church, Gethsemane Christian Baptist Church, Jesus Is Lord Church Worldwide, Victory Cauayan and Lighthouse Bible Baptist Church.

How to get here: You can get to the project through different ways, such as through commuting.  If you’re coming from Manila going here, you just have to take off the Robinsons Place, and then get to a tricycle to go to the project. This method will only take you from three to five minutes.  

From the NAIA to the Cauayan Airport, you just have to take a tricycle ride to go to the public transport terminal located at SM City before riding a van or bus going to the city.  Just tell the driver to drop you off the project along the way.  If you’re taking a private vehicle from Manila, just get to Robinsons Place before turning right. You will reach the location one kilometer from the mall.
